Leadership Development Trainer is a crucial member of the National Leadership Development Team. Working closely with the team, the Leadership Development Trainer will provide training and coaching to ISMC staff to excel in developing their leadership and empower them to train and support others to do the same.
Digital Field Director will play the lead role in developing and implementing ISMC’s strategy for effective online ministry. A crucial component of this role will be the recruitment, development and overall leadership of a digital field team. ISMC views the Digital Field as an essential component (alongside our National Field and International Field) to fulfilling our vision of reaching every international student in Canada.
The Campus Director is responsible for running FOCUS Club on McGill and Concordia campuses and coordinating the work with university staff, student union, other student clubs on campus, as well as coordinating and collaborating the work with church partners and Christian community who are interested in partnering with ISMC.
The City Director will recruit, develop, and lead the local ministry team toward fulfilling ISMC’s mission and vision in their city. They play a crucial role in connecting the local team to the national ISMC family. They will lead the city team to discern international students’ needs, develop strategical plans, and ensure the implementation and development of local ministry initiatives and programs. They represent ISMC and build partnerships with local Christian communities and organizations to mobilize Christians to join the international student discipleship movement.
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting volunteers for the city ministry programs and the city ministry sub-teams. Main duties include volunteer recruitment, screening, interview and offering ongoing guidance and support. Matching volunteers’ interests, skills and availabilities to the open volunteer positions of the city team. Maintain and update volunteers’ database.
