SUMMARY

The Recruitment Director is responsible to International Student Ministries Canada (ISMC) for overseeing and managing ISMC’s Recruitment Strategy. The Recruitment Director reports to the VP, Personnel and will participate in the strategizing, planning and execution of ISMC’s recruitment goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review Recruitment Strategy annually and implement it
2. Recommend and maintain an organizational structure, staffing levels and staffing distribution
   to accomplish ISMC’s goals and objectives.
3. Liaise with Regional Directors to identify, invite, follow-up and follow-through with prospective
   staff in their region.
4. Actively personally recruit and generally oversee the recruitment of new staff.
5. Ensure ISMC representation at missions conferences.
6. A Recruitment budget should be submitted to the VP, Personnel; related travel expenses are
   subject to the VP, Personnel’s annual budget
