Fundraising for staff salary goals includes salary needs, ministry expenses, and an 11% administration fee.
Donations are receipted only for staff and projects approved by the governing board. Designated gifts are used for the purpose for which they are given; when that given need is met, excess funds are used where needed most.
Gifts of $10 or more are acknowledged with an emailed income tax receipt from Canada Helps.
Online donations are subject to a 3.5% to 4% transaction processing fee. To ensure the total amount of your donation goes to ISMC, you may explore other giving options.

What a privilege to be part of the ISMC team in Hamilton. Together with my wife Sarojini and son Jeremy, we are passionate about serving the international student community. As an international family, we are committed to participating in God’s purpose by bringing change and transformation to young people.
Hamilton, home for thousands of international students, provides excellent opportunities to make a difference in many lives. Because our team is committed to doing everything possible to help students with their spiritual and social needs, we created a platform so they can experience God’s love and truth. Our programs include grocery support, Discovery Bible studies, prayer support, fellowship dinners, outdoor sport events, and social gatherings. We also offer career and language coaching, and provide books and motivational literature. Our volunteer team does a great job of helping needy students.
