The certificate is granted by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI), an international non-profit consulting firm dedicated to equipping and inspiring Christian leaders to build flourishing workplaces.

The evaluation survey covers various aspects of an organization, and ISMC is ranked very well in the areas of healthy communication, life-giving work, and inspirational leadership.
